延電科技（以下稱「本公司」）重視使用者的隱私。本隱私權政策適用於 AIOT Connect、YENPROTEK App 、Island Harvest 、CircOT 、Harmony Scan 與 延電農務 （以下合稱「本 App」），說明我們如何蒐集、使用及保護您在使用本 App 時所產生的資料。
YenProtek (hereinafter “the Company”) values user privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to AIOT Connect, YENPROTEK App, Island Harvest, CircOT, Harmony Scan, and 延電農務 (YenProtek Agriculture) (collectively referred to as “the Apps”), and explains how we collect, use, and protect data generated when you use the Apps.

1. 資料蒐集範圍 | Data We Collect

• 感測或檢測數據：App 會接收並回傳由感測或檢測設備所產生的數據，用於服務提供與分析。
  Sensing or measurement data: The Apps receive and transmit data generated by sensing or measurement devices for service delivery and analysis.
• 裝置資訊：可能蒐集裝置型號、作業系統版本及 App 使用紀錄，用於系統維護與服務改善。
  Device information: We may collect device model, operating system version, and app usage logs for system maintenance and service improvement.
• 不蒐集個人資料：本 App（延電農務 App 除外，詳見第 6 節）不會要求使用者註冊，也不會蒐集姓名、電子郵件、電話或其他可識別個人身份的資訊。
  No personal information collected: The Apps (except the 延電農務 App; see Section 6 below) do not require user registration and do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information.

2. 資料使用方式 | How We Use Data

• 提供數據傳輸、顯示與通知功能。
  To provide data transmission, visualization, and notification functions.
• 進行系統效能分析與服務品質改善。
  To perform system performance analysis and improve service quality.
• 依法令或主管機關要求，可能提供必要資料。
  To comply with legal obligations or regulatory requirements, we may provide necessary data.

3. 資料分享與第三方 | Data Sharing & Third Parties

• 我們不會出售或出租使用者資料。
  We do not sell or rent user data.
• 資料僅於必要時與雲端服務供應商或合作單位共享，限於提供與維護本服務所需。
  Data may be shared only with cloud service providers or partners as necessary to provide and maintain the Apps.

4. 資料保存與安全 | Data Retention & Security

• 我們採取合適的技術與管理措施，避免資料遭未經授權存取或洩漏。
  We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
• 資料保存時間僅限於提供服務及符合法規之必要期間。
  Data is retained only for the duration necessary to provide services and comply with applicable laws.

5. 使用者權利 | User Rights

由於本 App（延電農務 App 除外，詳見第 6 節）不蒐集個人資料，使用者無需進一步申請刪除或更正。延電農務 App 使用者如欲刪除帳號資料，或提前刪除已上傳之農務作業照片，可透過下方聯絡方式提出申請。若您對感測或檢測數據有任何疑問，亦可透過以下方式聯繫我們。
As the other Apps do not collect personal data, users do not need to request deletion or correction. Users of the 延電農務 App who wish to delete their account data, or request early deletion of uploaded farm operation photos, may contact us using the information below. If you have concerns regarding sensing or measurement data, you may also contact us below.

6. 延電農務 App 專屬隱私權說明 | Special Privacy Provisions for the 延電農務 (YenProtek Agriculture) App

延電農務 App 為協助使用者進行農務作業記錄與裝置管理，所蒐集之資料範圍與本政策前述其他 App 有所不同，說明如下：
To help users record farm operations and manage devices, the 延電農務 (YenProtek Agriculture) App collects a different scope of data from the other Apps described above, as follows:

• 帳號資料：使用者以電子郵件（Email）作為登入帳號的識別方式，Email 僅用於身份驗證與帳號管理。
  Account data: Users log in using their email address as the account identifier. The email address is used only for authentication and account management.
• 農務作業照片與位置資訊：App 提供拍照記錄農務作業的功能，照片中可能包含拍攝地點的位置資訊。此類照片與位置資訊僅用於協助使用者記錄與管理田間作業，不會公開或用於其他目的。
  Farm operation photos and location data: The App lets users take photos to document farm operations; these photos may include location information about where they were taken. Such photos and location data are used only to help users record and manage field operations, and are not made public or used for other purposes.
• 裝置識別碼：App 會蒐集裝置識別碼，用於將裝置與 API 金鑰（API Key）綁定；當裝置遺失、更換或帳號出現異常狀況時，本公司可據此進行遠端撤銷授權，以保障帳號與資料安全。
  Device identifiers: The App collects a device identifier used to bind the device to an API key. If a device is lost, replaced, or an account shows abnormal activity, the Company can use this identifier to remotely revoke authorization, helping protect account and data security.
• 資料保存期限與刪除方式：前述帳號資料、農務作業照片與位置資訊，保存期限為 5 年；超過保存期限後，系統將自動刪除相關資料。
  Data retention and deletion: The account data, farm operation photos, and location data described above are retained for 5 years. After this period, the system automatically deletes the relevant data.
• 資料存放位置：延電農務 App 所蒐集之資料存放於延電科技自有伺服器，並採取合適之技術與管理措施加以保護。
  Data storage location: Data collected by the 延電農務 App is stored on YenProtek's own servers and protected using appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
