Leave Remote Monitoring of Large Outdoor Farms to FarmerPack + LoRa Gateway!
Extend the reach of IoT with Yenprotek LoRa Gateway
A Gateway Specifically Built for Large Outdoor Area Wireless Communication
The LoRa Gateway is a dedicated gateway developed by YenProtek based on LoRa network technology, specifically for outdoor applications. For any large outdoor site that requires continuous monitoring over long transmission distances with relatively low data traffic, FarmerPack + LoRa Gateway offers a fast, convenient way to solve wireless connectivity issues and accelerate the deployment of remote monitoring applications.
YenProtek's LoRa Gateway provides wireless coverage of up to 8 km for large monitoring areas (with no concrete obstructions). By simply deploying several FarmerPack smart field sensors across the site together with the dedicated gateway (LoRa Gateway), users can upload data collected by sensors distributed throughout the area to the cloud platform for convenient remote environmental monitoring and management.
8 km is the transmission distance under line-of-sight, unobstructed conditions; the actual distance in the field depends on terrain and crop height.
