Set a threshold on any FarmerPack reading, such as soil moisture, air temperature, illuminance or rainfall. You can also use a time or a weather change as the condition, such as 8 a.m. every day.

If it fails under warranty, there's no repair trip and no waiting: we ship a replacement right away, so field monitoring never stops.
If equipment fails, we ship a replacement unit directly to overseas customers; shipping method and cost are as stated in the quotation.

Frequently Asked Questions
There's no power in my field and the network is unreliable. Can I still use it?
Yes. FarmerPack comes standard with solar power and can also run on mains power; the solar version keeps running for more than 30 days without sunlight. Connectivity options include 4G, NB-IoT, LoRa, and Wi-Fi. When the network is unstable, data is first stored on the built-in memory card and uploaded automatically once the connection is restored, so nothing is lost.
If the network goes down, does automatic control keep working?
Yes. The Smart Control Box keeps controlling irrigation, fans and other equipment automatically based on the automation conditions downloaded during its last connection.
Do I need a professional to install it?
No. Once it arrives, just push it into the soil and complete setup in the mobile App to start recording, with no electrical wiring work needed. If you'd prefer a technician to set it up for you, on-site installation is available as an add-on (currently Taiwan only). Remote technical support is provided to overseas customers.
Do I need to know how to code to set up automation?
No. On your phone, choose "when" a sensor reading meets a condition, a set time arrives, or the weather changes, and "then" which devices should run and for how long. You can also send SMS or Email notifications at the same time. Changes take effect as soon as you save.
Will rain or sun damage it?
The body is fully waterproof and uses an industrial-grade, UV-resistant PC+ABS housing designed for long-term outdoor use.
What if it breaks?
It comes with a one-year warranty, and an extended warranty is available. If the product fails during the warranty period, there's no need to send it in and wait for repairs: we ship you a replacement right away so your field monitoring is back up and running as quickly as possible. After the warranty expires, units can be returned to our factory for repair. Actual warranty terms are subject to your quotation.
Is the App available in my language?
The App and cloud platform offer a multilingual interface, so users everywhere can work in a language they know.
Can it connect to our existing system?
Yes. FarmerPack supports both wired Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP, and an API and MCP are available to connect monitoring data to existing management systems or AI tools. Talk to us about your setup.
We already have satellite remote sensing. Do we still need in-field sensing?
They look at different things, so they work well together. Satellite remote sensing suits tracking crop growth trends over large areas, but how often the data updates depends on cloud cover and satellite overpasses. How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the combination of sensors, connectivity, and power options you choose, so you only buy the modules you need. Tell us about your crops and site, and we'll recommend a configuration and provide a quote.
Can I use this in my country?
Connection frequency bands, local telecoms networks, and certification requirements vary by country. Please tell us the country and site where the product will be used, and we will confirm the suitable communication version and supply arrangements.
