The Aquaponics Monitoring System product page is now live on our website. It keeps sensing, live video, remote feeding and manual water tests in the same record: water level, water temperature and fish activity are always visible, and the system keeps track of whether you have fed and whether it is time to test the water.

Sensor nodes and cameras send data to the cloud, which judges readings against thresholds over consecutive readings and pushes alerts to your phone. Grow light, water top-up, aeration and feeding are also commanded from the cloud, with a safety interlock that blocks actions that should not run. While the nitrifying bacteria in a new system are still establishing, the system switches threshold sets and testing frequency between an establishment phase and a stable phase according to operating days, so it does not alert nonstop from the start. After manual test values such as ammonia, nitrite and nitrate are logged, the system marks them as safe, caution or danger according to safe-value ranges, and a danger value automatically opens an event.

Sensing and control both use YenProtek's own hardware: AquaPack measures water quality, FarmerPack measures the environment, and the Smart Control Box switches the grow light and feeding equipment. It suits homes, schools, demonstration sites and commercial fish farms.

The Pig Herd Management System product page is now live on our website. It links breeding, medication, environment and biosecurity records by ear tag number: once a mating is logged, return-to-estrus checks, pregnancy checks and expected farrowing reminders are scheduled automatically into today's tasks; if the withdrawal period has not ended, exit registration is blocked outright.

When medication is logged, the drug master file fills in the withdrawal period automatically and the system calculates the earliest exit date for that pig. Medication records and antibiotic statistics can be exported for audits. Visitor vehicles, rendering destinations and swill cooking are each logged separately, and the reports can be exported for inspections.

Environmental measurement uses YenProtek's own hardware: barn temperature, humidity, ammonia and carbon dioxide are measured by FarmerPack, and swill cooking temperature is uploaded by a YenProtek temperature probe, with the system determining whether the requirement is met.

The Pest & Disease Management System product page is now live on our website. It connects fruit fly trap monitoring, field weather, plant doctor diagnosis and pesticide pre-harvest interval (PHI) management: traps count automatically, so you know first when pest numbers rise; the system works out what was applied and which day you can harvest, and blocks you when it is too early.

Trap sites upload cumulative trap catch to the cloud, which is tallied daily into catch per trap per day, compared with the past 7-day baseline, graded and pushed as alerts. The five trap sites (four corners and the center) are logged separately, and together with the hotspot map you can see which direction the pests come from. When pesticide use is logged, the system checks the pesticide registration data for this product's PHI on this crop and calculates the earliest harvest date; harvest entries before that date are blocked, and no role can override this.

The field weather station, trap counters and cameras are all YenProtek's own products: field weather is measured by FarmerPack, and each report automatically includes that day's weather summary; traps count automatically and upload the counts.

The UWB Indoor Positioning System product page is now live on our website. Developed in-house by YenProtek, the system uses UWB indoor positioning to show the real-time locations of staff, visitors and mobile equipment on floor plans; restricted zone entries and button help calls trigger immediate alerts, and every step of handling is recorded.

A UWB tag's location is received by the anchors and sent to the cloud. The cloud evaluates it against room, restricted zone and status rules, shows it on the floor plan and pushes alerts, and people with a linked LINE account are notified at the same time. Every alert must be assigned, handled and closed by someone, and the history can replay the track of that event. Visitors are issued a tag at check-in and return it when they leave; once mobile equipment such as forklifts and carts is registered and assigned a tag, it appears on the floor plan just like people.

The same positioning technology is already used in a large rail maintenance depot, a medical aesthetics facility and a loading dock, with different tags and alert methods to suit each site. It runs in a web browser with nothing to install.

Talking Outdoor AIoT with Partners from Around the World at the Taiwan Pavilion

The delegation brought together 11 Taiwanese startups spanning smart technology, sustainability technology, and biotech and healthcare, exhibiting side by side at the Taiwan Startup Terrace Pavilion. Over the three-day show, the Taiwan Pavilion drew approximately 2,000 visits. At Booth C2, YenProtek AIoT shared how AIoT reliably collects data from fields, fish ponds, factories, and outdoor sites, and puts it to work in smart agriculture, aquaculture, smart manufacturing, and environmental monitoring.

Winning a Techsauce Innovation Award Among 95 Companies

This year's Techsauce Innovation Awards drew 95 companies from 9 countries and regions, including Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, China, Canada, the Czech Republic, and Germany. YenProtek AIoT and MIND Interview were the two Taiwanese teams to win this time.

Exploring Thailand's Innovation Ecosystem

Beyond the exhibition, we joined the delegation on visits to the National Innovation Agency (NIA), the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa), ExpresSo NB (PTT's corporate innovation and venture capital unit), and True Digital Park, gaining a close-up look at Thailand's startup policies, corporate PoC opportunities, and investment and market-entry resources. During the trip, Taiwan Startup Terrace also signed an MOU with True Digital Park, establishing a long-term cooperation mechanism for Taiwan–Thailand startup exchange and business matchmaking.

As an enterprise certified in the "Research and Development (RD) Technology Service Category," YenProtek AIoT exchanged ideas and discussed with enterprises from Taiwan and abroad, as well as academic and research institutions, on topics such as IoT product development, AI image application trends, and patent technology transfer cooperation. YenProtek was invited to attend the physical matchmaking business negotiation meeting held under the 2025 Emerging Market Pilot Program, to engage in discussions and build relationships with potential business partners in target markets like Malaysia and the Philippines to expand overseas business opportunities.
For this event, YenProtek's core offering was the Smart Community solution, focusing on how to use IoT technology to assist communities in upgrading management and services. This includes the contactless RFID automated equipment borrowing system and the various meter monitoring systems (water, electricity, gas) that support Cloud management under the name Monitor-Fairy.
Through this matchmaking event, we presented the value and application future of Smart Community solutions to buyers in the Southeast Asian market, and sought cross-border collaboration opportunities to promote the application of AIoT in international markets.

YenProtek was honored to be invited to participate in the "2025 BUILD-UP Pitch Day X FINDIT" event held at the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology. Themed "Cross-border Acceleration X Innovation Synergy: Launching a Sustainable Ecosystem", the event gathered 12 quality startup teams in smart technology, sustainability, and innovation domains, and invited over 20 early-stage investment institutions, Angel Investors, and Accelerators for capital matchmaking.
During this Pitching session, we presented YenProtek's core AIoT products and business models to VC representatives and strategic partners, including the Monitor-Fairy, Utilization Fairy, FarmerPack, and AquaPack solutions. We demonstrated how we apply AIoT technology to support the manufacturing, agriculture, livestock, fisheries industries, and environmental monitoring in rapid Digital Transformation to increase efficiency, quality, and reduce production costs.
Furthermore, we held matchmaking discussions with several investment institutions at this event, laying an important foundation for YenProtek's further business expansion and sustainable growth in both Taiwanese and international markets.

YenProtek AIoT successfully advanced to the final 15 (TOP 15 Startup Teams) out of more than 150 teams in the Taiwan regional competition of the 2025 Taiwan Startup World Cup (TSWC)!
TSWC is one of the world's largest startup competitions, bringing together outstanding teams from various industries. The competition this year was incredibly fierce, and we received unanimous recognition from the judges for our Non-intrusive monitoring module, Cloud data platform, and practical AIoT application results.

Recently, YenProtek participated in NEPCON JAPAN 2026 at Tokyo Big Sight, Japan, co-exhibiting with partners from the "NEXUSLINK Technology Alliance," including How Der Electronic and New Cheng Technology. Under the theme "From Basic Connections to Smart Terminals," they showcased integration achievements ranging from electronic connectors to AIoT smart terminal devices, reflecting Taiwan's potential in integrating electronic technologies and smart terminal solutions. During the event, YenProtek also exchanged ideas with Japanese companies and international partners, sharing experiences in applying AIoT in Smart Manufacturing and industrial digital transformation. This exhibition helped international partners better understand YenProtek's capabilities in smart terminal devices and AIoT applications, laying a strong foundation for future cross-industry cooperation and technological integration, as we continue to push Smart Manufacturing and AIoT solutions onto the global stage.

YenProtek, along with partners from the "NEXUSLINK Technology Alliance", participated in the "Electronics Smart Manufacturing Series in Thailand," bringing innovations under the theme "FarmerPack Mini Weather Station" to introduce Taiwan's AIoT smart agriculture and environmental monitoring solutions to the Southeast Asian market. From July 9th to 11th, 2025, YenProtek teamed up with Vietnamese partners to participate in the iTECH EXPO held in Ho Chi Minh City, presenting diverse AIoT solutions to visitors, including the FarmerPack, AquaPack, and systems in the Smart Manufacturing domain under the names Monitor-Fairy and Utilization Fairy.

YenProtek was honored to be invited to the September international seminar of the Food and Fertilizer Technology Center for the Asian and Pacific Region (FFTC) to share our latest smart agriculture environmental data collection solutions with international experts and industry partners.
At the seminar, we showcased the FarmerPack Smart Field Environmental Sensor and the AquaPack Smart Self-Cleaning Circulating Water Quality Monitoring System among other products, which can collect and transmit agricultural and fisheries production environment data in real-time. This helps farmers grasp dynamic changes in climate, soil, and water quality, thereby reducing risks and improving agricultural management efficiency.
YenProtek will continue using AIoT technology as a foundation to promote smart agriculture and sustainable development, and work with international partners to present Taiwan's innovative achievements on the global stage.

We are very pleased to share this good news! YenProtek AIoT participated in the "Startup Bloom - Startup League Competition" organized by the National Development Council and successfully passed the first round, officially entering the top 300 in Taiwan and proceeding to the next incubation phase.
The focus of our participation this time is the new generation AquaPack we are developing. This product integrates Automated Chemical Colorimetry and AI Vision technology, aiming to automate, real-time, and easily deploy water quality monitoring across various work environments.
Currently, besides participating in the competition, this product is in the field testing and verification phase. We will continue to improve the technology to make it more stable and mature, and we sincerely hope to present the practical application results of this product to everyone in the future. YenProtek was honored to be invited again to participate in the course activities under the Ministry of Education's "Precision Health Industry Cross-Disciplinary Talent Cultivation Program," organized by the Food Innovation Teaching Promotion Center at National Taiwan Ocean University. This time, our general manager delivered a speech on the topic "AIoT and its Applications in the Food Industry," providing practical knowledge to the attendees.
In this course, we shared how to integrate AI and IoT technologies to drive the digital and intelligent upgrade of the food industry. This includes the application of Monitor-Fairy and other smart sensor solutions to support food production sites in data collection and real-time monitoring, thereby improving the efficiency of safety and quality management. In addition, we discussed practical AIoT application projects in tracking agricultural production sources, optimizing food production processes, and monitoring cold chain logistics, to ensure the transparency and stability of quality throughout the process from raw material procurement and production, to transportation and reaching the consumer.

YenProtek was honored to be invited to the "AI-Driven Food Safety Management" course held at National Taiwan Ocean University by the Food Innovation Teaching Promotion Center under the Ministry of Education's Interdisciplinary Talent Cultivation Program for the Precision Health Industry, where we gave a talk on "AIoT and Its Applications in the Food Industry."
In the talk, our project manager introduced a variety of applications of AI and IoT (artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things) in the food industry, such as using solutions like Monitor-Fairy to improve safety management on food production lines. We also shared the impact AI can have on product traceability records, food production, and cold chain management. AI technology can track products throughout their journey from raw materials to consumers, ensuring transparency and traceability at every stage and strengthening consumer trust in products. In cold chain management, AI can monitor temperature and environmental data throughout cold chain transport, ensuring food quality and safety during transportation and storage.

Through the Wow! Taiwan Project series of events, YenProtek successfully presented its field environmental sensing and remote control solutions to international buyers. From September to November 2023, the "AquaPack Smart Water Quality Sensor" that YenProtek featured at the Singapore and Malaysia Smart Energy Matchmaking Events became a focal point of discussion at multiple matchmaking sessions thanks to its unique self-cleaning technology, attracting attention from academic institutions, environmental science companies, and ESG consulting firms in Singapore and Malaysia.
The "AquaPack Smart Water Quality Sensor" integrates various water quality sensing components with IoT technology to help users monitor water quality accurately in real time. The Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, has actively promoted international cooperation for startups. On April 28th, Startup Terrace Linkou completed an online Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony with the US-based experimental innovation park Curiosity Lab under the support of both governments. This online signing demonstrated a strong commitment to promoting bilateral cooperation and exchange between Taiwan and the US. For this event, Startup Terrace Linkou invited 5 high-potential startup teams targeting the US market—Techia Safe, YenProtek, OmniEyes, Turing Drive, and Noodoe—to participate in online pitches, focusing on 5G technologies in digital transformation, Smart Traffic, and Green Technology. The presentations deeply impressed the US side, indicating that this signing is just the first step and hoping for more concrete collaborative projects ahead, while encouraging startups from both countries to establish cooperation to strengthen industry linkages and stimulate future achievements.

YenProtek partnered with IICc Ltd. to custom-develop an automated glass inspection system. Combining an intuitive user interface with the partner's advanced inspection equipment, the system is designed for production lines handling glass, backlight panels, touch panels, and thin-film LCD panel materials, detecting the location and type of product defects at high speed and with high precision.

"Digitalization today, net-zero carbon tomorrow" is a slogan reminding the plastics industry that it must face waste degradation and digital transformation. Supported jointly by accelerators and Startup Terrace Linkou, the New Taipei City Plastics Industry Association visited Startup Terrace Linkou to exchange ideas with AI and Smart Manufacturing startups, aiming to drive the plastics industry's transition towards high-value creation through innovative applications. New Taipei City's plastics industry encompasses plastic molding machinery, plastic extrusion machines, and packaging manufacturing, so factory management, production scheduling, or order management are all crucial. Upgrading to a Smart Factory in a short time and at low cost requires creative innovation, which is the opportunity for Taiwanese startups.
