Project Development Overview
YenProtek Technology developed a custom smart gas sensor that works in tandem with a mobile application (APP) to automatically schedule the detection of environmental data inside pig houses, such as temperature, humidity, NH3, H2S, CO2, etc. In addition to automatically collecting harmful gas data, the information is uploaded and synchronized to the Cloud for recording and integration. Users can monitor temperature, humidity, NH3, H2S, CO2, and other data anytime, anywhere via the APP. If harmful gases exceed standard levels, system anomaly alerts will immediately notify them, enabling prompt corrective actions. This facilitates precise and effective tracking and management of the farming environment. It also saves inspection manpower, allowing the same amount of labor to manage a larger pig house area, resulting in efficient farming and high profits.
The AIoT smart gas sensor offers high precision and long-term stability. To further enhance durability, YenProtek developed an automatic residual gas purification function. This solves the problem common to current pig house environmental monitoring equipment, which is easily damaged by prolonged exposure to high concentrations of harmful gases, significantly reducing the client's cost and time spent frequently replacing sensor equipment.
