In addition, the system allows downloading the collected data in specific formats, facilitating data aggregation and report generation for various departments. Users can easily export data for further analysis and comparison to ensure report accuracy and reliability. Adopting Monitor Fairy not only increases the level of automation in exhaust gas emission monitoring but also makes data management more efficient and convenient.   • We successfully implemented the Monitor Fairy system in a water treatment plant to comprehensively collect and monitor patrol data at each water treatment stage. This project covers a wide range of meters, including dial gauges, LED displays, 7-segment displays, and mechanical roller counters. Water treatment plant patrol staff use a dedicated application for multiple daily checks. By integrating with Monitor Fairy's image recognition technology, data from meters scattered throughout the plant can be accurately extracted. This data is uploaded to the Cloud in real-time to display current and historical data and generate trend graphs, helping users understand and analyze changes in the water treatment process. The system also supports downloading all collected data in specific formats to facilitate data aggregation and report generation by various departments.
    To further optimize operational efficiency, we customized a data integration extension for the customer, allowing the collected meter data to automatically generate reports complying with ISO standards for routine inspection reports. This automated process significantly saves manpower and time while ensuring data accuracy and consistency. By implementing the Monitor Fairy system, the water treatment plant can not only monitor critical data in each treatment stage in real-time but also efficiently manage historical data, analyze trends, and automatically generate standardized reports. This improves the plant's operational efficiency and provides reliable data sources for environmental protection agencies and related authorities to promote in-depth environmental protection development.

Besides adopting Monitor Fairy, we customized the hardware control method to fit the customer's usage scenario, allowing quality inspection personnel on the production line to automatically capture photos of the electricity meters with just a push of a button. The images are then uploaded to the system for analysis and data integration. Furthermore, we helped seamlessly connect the Monitor Fairy system with the factory's existing internal systems and applications, enabling real-time presentation of electricity meter measurement data, as well as historical data and trend graphs within the legacy system, assisting the customer in integrating other data for comprehensive analysis and decision-making.
