Water treatment plant patrol staff use a dedicated application for multiple daily checks. By integrating with Monitor Fairy's image recognition technology, data from meters scattered throughout the plant can be accurately extracted. This data is uploaded to the Cloud in real-time to display current and historical data and generate trend graphs, helping users understand and analyze changes in the water treatment process. The system also supports downloading all collected data in specific formats to facilitate data aggregation and report generation by various departments.
    To further optimize operational efficiency, we customized a data integration extension for the customer, allowing the collected meter data to automatically generate reports complying with ISO standards for routine inspection reports. This automated process significantly saves manpower and time while ensuring data accuracy and consistency. By implementing the Monitor Fairy system, the water treatment plant can not only monitor critical data in each treatment stage in real-time but also efficiently manage historical data, analyze trends, and automatically generate standardized reports.
